Certiﬁed training is an important element of

the security industry and ACT has developed

certiﬁed training courses for our products. These

courses are tailored to provide the fundamental

skills required to design, install, commission and

operate access control systems. We can work to

develop bespoke training modules tailored for your

organization.

A full range of training programs cover standalone,

master-slave and networked access control

solutions.

Each module is instructor led, hands on and

teaches the installer how to conﬁgure ACT

products and systems.

Access Control Technology has a team of qualiﬁed

and experienced engineers to assist with any

problems relating to access control.

If problems are not resolved then they are

automatically escalated to the 2nd level support

team at which stage the hardware and software

engineers may be involved to assist in resolving the

particular issue.
