ACT offers a one stop totally managed service from
Project management, development, testing, installation
and training by experienced staff.
The customer service department has been involved
in developing and project managing many bespoke
solutions and integration projects from 3rd party
database; most notable Microsoft’s LDAP – Active
Directory and large human resources databases. It has
also been involved in modifying the behaviour of the ACT
hardware to accommodate customers requirements.
The ACT customer services team is available to
provide clients with on site support and guidance
when required. This is particularly useful when detailed
knowledge of access control technologies is necessary
or where the experience of large database technology,
IP networking, computer security or integration is not
readily available.
ACT Customer service and sales departments are
always on hand to assist with tender specifications
and system design and in developing a solution for the
customer.
